1. Introduction

Welcome to iyzitrace. By accessing or using our observability platform, APIs, dashboards or related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Definitions

"We", "Us", "Company" refers to iyzitrace.

"Customer", "You" refers to the individual or legal entity that accesses or uses the Services.

"Platform" refers to the iyzitrace observability and monitoring system, including web dashboards, APIs, agents and integrations.

3. Use of the Service

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to.
• Reverse engineer, copy or create derivative works of the Platform.
• Introduce malware, denial-of-service attacks or any harmful activity.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles and plan limits are communicated at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to update our pricing with prior notice.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the data you send to the Platform, including logs, metrics and traces. By using the Services, you grant iyzitrace a limited right to process this data solely for operating and improving the Services.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a highly available Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance may require temporary downtime, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iyzitrace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform or if required by law or regulatory authorities. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
